The “Optimal Wellbeing Blueprint”

The “Optimal Wellbeing Blueprint,” a transformational program designed to elevate mental health through a structured three-phase approach. Our mission is to empower teams by enhancing emotional intelligence and fostering a supportive team environment. Here’s what participants can expect from each phase of the program:

Phase One

Two-Hour Employee Workshop

This initial phase is all about laying the groundwork for personal and team growth. Participants will engage in a dynamic workshop focusing on emotional intelligence within individuals and teams, exploring the intricacies of team dynamics and what we refer to as the team’s DNA.

Each member will download the Emologic app and complete a survey to map their personal emotional landscape. The aggregated team results will then be utilized during the workshop to highlight strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and areas for development, setting the stage for targeted improvements and harness the unique strengths of the team.

Phase Two

Automated Monthly Monitoring:

After the initial workshop, the journey continues with minimal effort on the participant’s part. Each month, employees will spend about 5-7 minutes completing a survey through the Emologic app.

The data collected is automatically processed and delivered to leaders via a web interface in the form of an Insight Report.

This report provides a comprehensive overview of the team’s mental health and offers tailored strategies for addressing team dynamics in the most beneficial ways.

Phase Three

Post-Assessment Webinars:

Each month concludes with a webinar led by Nichlas Farup, our renowned expert in emotional intelligence. These sessions not only review the team’s monthly results but also provide targeted advice and strategies to further enhance team cooperation and emotional well-being. To foster a truly interactive learning environment, participants are encouraged to ask questions and engage in team conversations during the webinar. This open dialogue ensures that all team members have the opportunity to clarify their understanding, share their experiences, and actively participate in shaping their team’s development path. All webinars are recorded and distributed, allowing team members to engage and learn at their convenience.
